For Customers
Yes! On Apni Saltanat, we only allow verified sellers to list. Every seller's CNIC and documents are verified. If there's an issue, we are available to help via WhatsApp or email.
Delivery is handled directly by the seller. Contact details are on the product page. Contact via WhatsApp — the seller will explain delivery/COD arrangements. We only host trusted sellers.
First, speak directly with the seller. If they don't cooperate, report it to our WhatsApp +92-301-1786494. We can suspend seller accounts for policy violations. Please read our Refund Policy.
No! Customers can browse and shop without an account. WhatsApp numbers are on product pages. Accounts are only mandatory for sellers.
For Sellers
Go to the Signup page, upload your email, phone, address, password, CNIC number, and front/back photos of your CNIC. We review and approve within 3-5 working days. After approval, you can upload products!
Currently, we manage this manually. You can list as many products as you wish. As the platform grows, we will add more features. All details are in the Guidelines.
Currently, there is no commission or per-sale fee on Apni Saltanat. You receive payment directly from the customer. We only provide the platform. A subscription model may be introduced in the future with prior notice.
You can list any legal, halal product — electronics, clothing, handicrafts, food items, accessories, etc. Strictly prohibited: haram/illegal items, adult content, fake branded goods. Violations lead to permanent account bans.
About Your Account
There is a "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your email — you will receive a reset link. Check your spam folder too. If the issue persists, contact us via WhatsApp.
Account review takes 3-5 working days. Contact WhatsApp +92-301-1786494 if it takes longer. Ensure documents are clear — blurry or incomplete documents cause delays.
Log in → Go to the Profile page. You can update your store name, WhatsApp number, city, description, and store banner there. Changes go live after saving.
About Payments
Payments are made directly between the customer and the seller. Common methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or COD (Cash on Delivery). Sellers specify their preferred method in the listing or via WhatsApp. Apni Saltanat is not directly involved in the payment process.
1) Only buy from verified sellers. 2) Check ratings and profiles before making advance payments. 3) Report suspicious deals or excessive discounts. 4) Carefully review photos and details. COD (Cash on Delivery) is the safest method.
