Can I become a Seller without a fee?
No, a monthly maintenance fee is mandatory to sustain the Saltanat infrastructure: 1000 PKR for Pakistanis and $5 USD for international sellers. This must be cleared by the 5th of every month.
Do I need to create an account to buy products?
No, we offer maximum flexibility for our customers. You can browse and **purchase any product as a guest** without creating an account. Only Sellers (Sardaars) are required to register to manage their shops.
How can I access the Seller Dashboard?

To manage your shop, please follow these two steps:
Step 1: Open the side menu on the homepage.
Step 2: Click on Seller Login at the bottom.

What if the product is damaged during delivery?
Ensuring safe delivery is the sole responsibility of the Sardaar (Seller). If an item is damaged during transit, the Seller must compensate the buyer for the loss.
Which payment methods are accepted for the monthly fee?
To provide maximum flexibility, we accept payments through multiple local and international channels. You can send the fee using:

  • International: Payoneer (Recommended for Foreigners)
  • Bank Transfer: HBL (Habib Bank Limited)
  • Bank Transfer: MBL (Meezan Bank Limited)
  • Mobile Wallets: JazzCash or EasyPaisa

Can a blocked account be reopened?
Accounts involved in fraud, scams, or illegal goods are Permanently Blocked. In such cases, the Sultan's decision is final.
Am I allowed to sell multiple products?
Yes! Once verified, you can list and sell unlimited Halal / Legal Products under your active subscription.
