1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apni Saltanat website at apnisaltanat.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and sellers on the Apni Saltanat platform.

2. User Accounts

Sellers (referred to as "Sardaars") are required to create an account to list products. As a registered user, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Seller (Sardaar) Rules

To become a Seller (Sardaar) on Apni Saltanat, you must:

Pay the monthly maintenance fee of PKR 1,000 (for Pakistani sellers) or $5 USD (for international sellers) by the 5th of each month.
Only list legal, halal, and authentic products.
Provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and images.
Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer complaints and refunds responsibly.
Ensure safe delivery of products. Damaged deliveries are the seller's responsibility.

First 300 registered sellers receive the "Ameer" badge and priority listing placement.

4. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Apni Saltanat:

Listing or selling illegal, haram, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
Alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, weapons, or adult content.
Fraudulent listings or misleading product descriptions.
Providing false contact information or impersonating others.
Spamming, phishing, or any form of malicious activity.
Any activity that violates Pakistani law or international regulations.
Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings.

Accounts involved in fraud or illegal activity will be Permanently Blocked with no chance of recovery. The Sultan's decision is final.

5. Payments & Fees

Apni Saltanat charges sellers a monthly subscription fee. We accept payments via:

JazzCash and EasyPaisa — Mobile Wallets
HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — Bank Transfer
Meezan Bank (MBL) — Bank Transfer
Payoneer — For international sellers

Failure to pay by the 5th of each month will result in your account being suspended. Transactions between buyers and sellers are conducted directly — Apni Saltanat does not process buyer-seller payments and is not responsible for payment disputes between them.

6. Reviews & Ratings

Buyers may leave reviews and ratings for products and sellers. By submitting a review, you agree that:

Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on genuine experience.
Reviews must not contain offensive, defamatory, or false information.
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
Sellers may not incentivize or pressure buyers to leave positive reviews.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Apni Saltanat website — including logos, design, text, and graphics — is owned by Apni Saltanat (by Bablu Architect) and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our site without written permission.
By uploading product images or content as a seller, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on our platform.
You confirm that any content you upload does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Apni Saltanat acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

Product quality, authenticity, or safety issues arising from seller listings.
Disputes between buyers and sellers regarding payment or delivery.
Any financial losses resulting from fraudulent sellers.
Loss of data due to technical failures or cyber-attacks beyond our control.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding month.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an update on this page. Your continued use of Apni Saltanat after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taxila, Punjab, Pakistan.
